All of our items are carefully picked and packaged by our staff in our shop in Waterford.

We really want you to love your item, but we realize sometimes things just don't work out. If you need to return your item here's how to do that:
Return online purchases for a refund within 7 days of the ship date of your product. Sale items, paint, furniture and shipping/delivery fees are final sale and non-refundable.
ANY PURCHASES DURING COVID-19 PANDEMIC CANNOT BE RETURNED. IF YOU HAVE ANY CONCERNS PLEASE CONTACT THE STORE.
Procedures For Returns:
To initiate your request for a refund you have two options:
1. Call our store at 519-222-3505 for authorization.
2. Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and indicate your reasons for your return.
In both cases we will email you, once you receive our email, carefully pack up your items and prepare for drop off at our store or shipping. All products must be returned unused and in the original package with original receipt. We must receive the goods within 7 days of the return authorization email. Once we receive your item and have inspected it we will process a refund to the same payment method you used to purchase your item. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
